Since commencement in the State, the Project has touched several People in different ways:
Under component A1 the Project has employed about 8000 youths across various LGAs through the Delta State Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Agency while thousands of individuals have been engaged in waste management through the Delta State Waste Management Agency.
The Project has disbursed millions each to Technical, Vocational and Agricultural Training (TVAT) Institutions in the State, to improve teaching and learning facilities in the institutions in order to ensure that graduates are adequately equipped with relevant skills for employment at the end of their training.
The Community Driven Development (CDD) sub-component is further divided into two; CDD Economic which is being implemented by FADAMA III and CDD Social which is being implemented by a Project Implementation Unit (PIU) and supervised by the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Community Affairs (MCCA).
The dividends of these sub-components have impacted largely in the lives of rural dwellers through the provision of grants to support their Community Social and Economic activities.
